The DED Trader license enables start-ups in Dubai to conduct business activities online (Limited professional activities ONLY) and across social networking accounts. The license aims to guide traders towards the right path to enter the business world. Through DED Trader license, Dubai Economy seeks to regulate and enhance ease of doing business electronically. However, to be eligible for this license you must be resident in the UAE.
